It includes 24/7 monitoring of all running services, processes, and physical condition of the monitored PC, managed

Q: Does Managed Services leave me open to data theft? How secure is it?

provider and he needs to take your system in to the shop to work on. We are Microsoft Certified Professionals and take
pride in our reputation. Your data is our business. Remote desktop connections are performed by Team Viewer and all
connections are encrypted with 256 bit encryption. All communication up and down from the agent running the scans on

Q: How does Managed Services work?
A: It is really quite simple. We come to your office and install our "Software Agents" on all your PC's and Servers. The
process takes about 10 min per install. Install through group policy is available with larger networks. ( A clean un-install
of Current Anti-Virus is required before we can install. We ask the customer to preform this prior to our coming. We are
more than willing to assist if needed. Please note that a service charge will be applied for preforming un-install.)
After installation you do nothing but relax, knowing that your systems are being protected by a Microsoft Certified
Professional. The Agent we installed on your systems do all the work by collecting critical system operating data and
reports its state back as a pass or fail. Reports are only sent when a state changes from pass, so network use is very
minimal. The agent runs as a service (in the background) and it's impact on system resources are minimal.
Your agent also collects instructions from my dashboard these instructions or (scripts) are translated into actions that
are preformed in the daily maintenance of the machine the agent is running on. Sometimes action is required and we
need to preform tasks on the computer manually. During the evening when you sleep, so as not to disturb your system
performance during working hours, we are hard at work performing system tweaks on your PC, ensuring the best
possible performance from your PC. During the day help is but a phone call away! You have a problem, call and we'll
perform a remote desktop session and fix the issue instantly! No waiting no travel charges just fast professional service

Q: Can you see my activities while I am on my computer? Can you access my web cam? (I watch Criminal Minds too!)
A: Managed Services monitors system processes and other under the hood services. I cannot see your activities while
on the Internet, or view your web cam unless I am connected to your PC through Team viewer and your web cam
software is turned on. Also, as scary as this is (this is where Criminal Minds comes in), I could place malware on your
PC that streamed video back to me without your knowledge. I could put a keystroke logger on your PC and record
everything you type, credit card numbers and all. It is a big world out there full of bad people! This is why you must
